Delete your account
You can delete your XtraSpace account here, or in the XtraSpace app under Profile > Delete account. It happens straight away and cannot be undone.
What is deleted
- Your name, email, phone, photo, bio and city
- Your listings, which leave the site
- Your saved spaces and notifications
- Your sign-in, so the account cannot be opened again
What happens to the rest
- Pending, negotiating and approved bookings are cancelled, and the other person is told
- Your chats close. The other person still sees past messages, from “Deleted user”
- Past bookings and reviews stay in the other person's history, shown as “Deleted user”
